3 months challenge : start !!
Day 1
Learned alphabet, pronunciation and presentation with this playlist : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-kA3rKkw2XUGAI7QgE6uODbq6RU4bGKE. From videos 1 to 12 and the 14. (Study time : 4h59min)
Listened to easy and native content. (SVT Play series and Comprehensive Input) Watched this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3J7aqe8hI8 Recognized a few words in the listening part, understood 70% of the text in the reading part. (As always, reading is easier than listening). I think I've figured out how to form the past tense -adding 'de' with a few exceptions-, however I'm not going to 'learn' it now because I need to focus on my pronunciation and hearing the right sound.
Watched these videos : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNoeNt2haOU / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inB5rXny92g / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYPWSGUma9I with Language Reactor activated. I tried to understand the different sound (å,ä,ö). And words similar to English or German.
Day 2
Continued yesterday's playlist (videos 13,14,16,17). I'm tired, there are a lot of rules to learn. I already recognize some of them thanks to the videos I watched last night. But I'll have to find videos for shadowing because I have a lot of trouble distinguishing long sounds from short sounds, because sometimes the sound doesn't match (from the videos I watched, exemple: the 'ä' or 'e'! ).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrhqMBGTLYU ← I was able to understand some words (without looking at the subtitles, only the audio) and get the meaning of some sentences that were a little more difficult.
Learned vocabulary : family members, professions, personality, emotions. And gender of the words too. Listened to the radio P1 (https://www.radio-sveriges.se/p1). Wrote my own text. Read online text with the audio.

Day 3
Reading each word alout while listening to the sound to perfect my pronunciation. Seems to work great! [Jag är gladd] Was able to make questions and answering them with different subject (ex: He is / we are ...).
Yesterday I realized something about adjectives so I studied them. There is one thing I don't understand about the noun [the beach = (en) strand but also stranden / the house = ett hus but then huset ? why is it after the noun?].
Studied the correct way to say 'I like', 'I don't like' (so I also learned 'inte' for negatives sentences). No particular website, took stuff from reddit svenska, reddit duolingo and others websites to make the 'course of the day'. [I'm not feeling great -Was outisde in the rain- so I'm not going to do much more.] Right now I'm at 2h12 of studying.
Night : Watched this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zqh1FLS2vU Understood some words! Wrote sentences to practice adjectives. Then made a little speech about myself and one family member.
Day 4
Studied : adjectives, articles, opinions, questions. Discovered this website : https://ensv.dict.cc/?s=spanish which I used in my last written exercices. Little by little I'm getting used to the pronunciation. I remember around 70-80% of the vocabulary, however it's very low for jobs since I don't make sentences with these words. Grammar rules aren't that difficult (although I still make mistakes). Still some weird things with ett-ord and en-ord that I need to chec. Listened to P1 (radio) for the entire morning and then P6 after lunch.
I do a lot every day to motivate myself, because if I don't, my brain will think I'm not making progress and then I'll feel depressed. I already have a gap between my written and my spoken expression (like always but it's... meh!). I have to practice speaking more!
Listened to : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PMgYORiFtpY and at the same times I was working on vocabulary.
Day 5
Learned to tell the time (with Babbel website) then the daily verbs - First part -, with the months. I studied an easy text with the audio. Wrote my first short text (I mean a text with a story). Watched videos on youtube, listened to the radio. Not very long study day (it's sunday, that's why!)
Day 6
Learned : new common verbs, prepositions. Tried to create "easy" dialogue with new verbs and nouns (was a disaster, shame on me). Will have to learn frequency vocabulary.
Watched : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgwRqD3TJpc / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNNsy1_J_XU
Day 7
Shortest day ever! I decided to record the week 1 video but then I had to edit it... and that's where the problems started. In the end, I only have 20 minutes of listening time for today (the morning news on SVT) Bouuuh!!!
Day 8
Watched :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5j4MZFRgN8 / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3cV2q0byZI / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fp3vgtT04dc / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kSR6sYOs7MA / https://www.youtube.com/shorts/s2HLh3s5774 / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZeg2b2Bu1k / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJO2txOXHY8
Learned : past tense, found this website ( https://www.apprendrelesuedois.com/textes-en-suedois/ https://www.apprendrelesuedois.com/la-methode/ ) Like the texts, will definitly come back to it!
Did some level test for the fun but it just prove me ONE thing. None of them are correct. The tests said I'm A2.
Day 9
Because Past tense is not something that I like, I decided to continue to study it today. Only past tense. Trying to write every possible sentences in the past. Watched : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkOCq3vQ4lU / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IC-JeHpdQHk
Day 10
If you watched/are watching my videos you can see that I haven't spent many hours per day learning Swedish since day 8. It's because I changed the way I calculate it. Before it was: 3 hours. Okay, I studied grammar, then did exercises and then listened to the radio so... 2 hours grammar; exercises 30 min and radio 30 min.
But now I calculate like this:
Okay, Finding a good website to learn this was difficult, so instead of 2 hours I dit 1 hour and 30... no wait, I also wrote the lesson so it took me a few minutes too, so maybe 1 hour and 20. For the exercises I did it in 30 minutes, but that was because I read the sentences several times, tried to remember the vocabulary so it was actually only 10 minutes and finally the radio, I wasn't concentrated for 30 minutes so let's say... 15 min? 20 minutes? Okay, 18 min! (Total: 1 hr 48 instead of 3 hours)
That's why it seems shorter, even though I'm doing the same thing, because I'm counting differently.
Learned : talk about the weather. Wrote a very long dialogue with past tense, weather, opinion, questions. Not perfect but I'm proud of myself. I didn't know I would be able to do it this early. Can't wait to be tomorrow to learn about clothes and colours!
Day 11
Watched : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGr_yCfsl4U ; Learned : Colours, clothes. Wanted to talk about body parts so learned it too. Discovered this website : https://swedishkit.com/vocabulary/body-parts/learn-body-parts/ Amazing. Many exercices (audio). I like it because I can hear can repeat the sound.
